Taxpayers
Delaware County Recorder Andrew Brenner doesn't just talk the talk when it comes to fiscal responsibility. He practices it every day - and has the track record to prove it.
Andy has recently had many
letters to the editor
supporting him and his reelection!
Since 2005, Brenner has cut costs while improving efficiency.

Brenner's office has come in under budget, allowing him to submit smaller budgets annually to the Delaware County Commissioners.
While the average county budget has increased each year by 3%, Andy Brenner has reduced the County Recorder's budget on average by 3% each year.
He has worked tirelessly to reign in the cost of contract-based indexing services; the new contract cut indexing services costs by 36.8%. Brenner also implemented new checks and balances in the office that keep costs down and increase accountability.
At the same time, Brenner's office is leading the state in electronic filing, significantly reducing the overall cost of paper-based systems, eliminating significant mail expenditures and requiring less travel for all parties involved. What's more, Brenner implemented electronic filing at no additional cost to the taxpayer.
These improvements have cut document turnaround time significantly; what once took a few days to several weeks is now processed and returned on the same day, sometimes within minutes of filing!
Brenner's office is admired statewide as a model of efficiency, fiscal responsibility and modernization. His re-election will continue this progress.
